Q. How do I book a character?
A. Piece of cake! Please call us at (844) 454-3397 and we will help you through the process and happily answer any questions.

Q. Do you hold selected dates and times?
A. No. A party is officially booked on our calendar for the chosen date and time when a $75.00 payment has been processed. The remaining balance of the package price can be paid on the date of the party prior to performance.

Q. How much time in advance should I book an event date?
A. Our weekends can be very busy. Please allow 2-4 weeks in advance before booking. We can accommodate last minute requests, please call for availability.

Q. Are you insured?
A. For your protection and ours, Kiddy's Kingdom is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Q. What type of face paints do you use? Are they FDA approved for use on skin?
A. This is a very important question since face paints are cosmetics, it would be dangerous to use regular paint on skin, especially on a child's face. Also please remember that a label of "non-toxic" does not necessarily mean it is safe for use on your child's face as the chemicals and dyes can commonly cause breakouts and/or allergic reactions. The paints must be FDA approved for use on skin and water based paints are the best. It's a good idea to avoid grease based paints as they can often cause breakouts and skin irritations to a child's sensitive skin. Kiddy's Kingdom uses the best face paints on the market by three of the most established and trusted names in the industry, Kryolan, Snazaroo, and Mehron.

Q. Can you explain how it all works? Walk me through a Kiddy's Kingdom party.
A. The Performer makes an entrance with music and quickly identifies the birthday child with a special greeting. As the excitement starts to build, the other children are greeted with high-five hand gestures.

Next, the Performer will start the first option. Let's say it's the interactive dancing.

Next, the Performer participates in the second option. Let's say its games. The children can go outside (weather permitting) or in an adequate size room.  One or two games can be participated in, such as balloon limbo or musical chairs.

The third option is performed if the party is a non mascot character. The third option may be face painting or temporary tattoos. The Performer will ask each child what they would like on their cheek or hand and either use safe professional face paints or temporary tattoos of what the child chooses.

Lastly, the Performer and/or mascot characters may provide balloons for the children. (Service subject to availability. Offer may not be available in all states.)

Q. Should we prepare anything for your arrival?
A. The service providers need a parking space if spots are sparse. Many of our service providers bring lots of fun stuff and parking close helps them to get it there safe and sound. If you are having face painting, please have a small cup of water and a few napkins or paper towels available for us to use.

Q. Are your Performers experienced?
A. Yes! All of our service providers have had prior experience in working with children of all ages! They must always pass background checks and even go through rigorous training sessions with the owners and managers of their company, as well as attending required tag-a-long shows before being allowed to perform on their own.

Q. Can one Performer handle all of my guests?
A. If you are expecting less than 15 children, one performer will be just fine. You may want to consider adding time to your party or limiting the number of activities you choose if you are expecting more than 15 children to be participating. If you are expecting 25 or more children, we highly recommend requesting more than one performer and/or extending your party time. All Options may not be able to be performed depending on the number of children but we do our best to make sure that everyone is happy!

Q. Do mascot characters perform option activities?
A. No. Mascot characters have limited visibility and dexterity and are best suited for pictures and posing. Mascot characters do not speak, but will give out high fives and various hand gestures as well as some dancing. We ask that parents be responsible for their children and do not allow the kids to jump or pull on the mascot character's clothing or items.

Q. Is there a deposit required to reserve a character?
A. Give us a call at (844) 454-3397 and we'll be happy to help. We'll enter the party details and then the total amount due is processed in two parts. We'll first process $75.00 of the party package price by Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex as a non-refundable deposit to hold the spot. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the party date/time. If your event is a corporate party, we do accept business checks prior to the event.

Q. What if dangerous weather should arise?
A. Should a dangerous weather event occur, you may move your party to another date of your choosing without penalty. You may take advantage of this rescheduling once. If you require a second date change, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

If for any reason that Kiddy's Kingdom requests to reschedule or cancel your event to, you may reschedule to a date of your choosing. If you do not wish to reschedule, your party will be fully refunded. If your party is scheduled for outdoors and it does rain, no charge will be imposed should you decide to reschedule to another available date. ** Mileage rates apply for party destinations over 15 miles away. $1.00/mile will be charged for destinations that exceed 15 miles.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Deposit payments are non-refundable. However, the remaining paid balance (not including any expenses incurred by Kiddy's Kingdom) of the reservation can be refunded at the request of the individual who created the reservation.

The fine print:
Lessee recognizes and understands that Kiddy's Kingdom is acts as a third party booking agency. FURTHER, THE SERVICE PROVIDERS HIRED ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF KIDDY'S KINGDOM. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDDY'S KINGDOM DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, ACCIDENT OR DELAY DUE TO AN ACT OR OMISSION OF A SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AN ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OR THE DEFAULT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER, OR AN ACT OF GOD. FURTHER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY DAMAGE AND/OR DELAY DUE TO TRAFFIC, SICKNESS, PILFERAGE, LABOR DISPUTES, BANKRUPTCY, MACHINERY BREAKDOWN, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT RESTRAINTS, WEATHER, TERRORISM OR CAUSES BEYOND KIDDY'S KINGDOM CONTROL. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, FAILURE TO PERFORM OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY.


Information & Terms:
A non-refundable deposit will reserve your activities and date. The balance is due on or before the date of the event prior to set-up. Once the service provider has arrived on site and collected the full balance, the full balance becomes non-refundable. The service provider reserves the right to set appropriate rules of conduct and age/weight/time limits in order to best facilitate your event and maintain a safe environment.

Performance: Characters will interact, dance, take photos and participate in games planned during the scheduled time. The customer will be responsible for any damage to the costumed characters by your guests. Kiddy's Kingdom is not responsible for the quality and/or resemblance of the service provider's costume or equipment. All disputes must be directed towards the hired service provider.

Collusion Clause: Customers and Service Providers are prohibited from colluding to perform/accept services at rates/values equal to or less than the rate initially agreed upon with Kiddy's Kingdom. In the event that collusion (in any form) occurs, any/all previously accepted payments made by the customer to Kiddy's Kingdom will immediately become forfeited.
